Dustin Whiteaker
Owner
Dustin’s hard work ethic and desire to become an entrepreneur stems from summers spent as a kid working on his grandfather’s yard in Berlin, MA.
In 2005, while working full-time as a Clinton firefighter, he started his own landscaping business on the side. Then, he started dabbling in the dumpster business, and in 2007, he purchased his first dumpster truck. He sold the landscape company in 2012 in order to focus on the dumpster business, and by 2018, Pleasant View Waste was successful, secure, and growing steadily.
Dustin started Pleasant View Potties at the beginning of 2021 when he saw the need to provide clients with the top notch service that Pleasant View is known for and be the reliable and trustworthy porta potty company in Central Mass that people deserve.
Dustin’s daily duties are to make sure both companies are running smoothly, continue to grow each of them, and to refine their systems efficiently.
He loves being able to give back to the community, and having the ability to help when someone is in need is the greatest feeling of being a business owner.
Dustin believes that local businesses are the heartbeat of America. People in a community supporting local businesses is what allows local businesses to give back to the community. It’s what Americans are all about, helping and supporting one another.
Krystal Holt
Office Manager
Krystal is most well known as the voice behind the phone when a customer calls Pleasant View Waste and Pleasant View Potties. As the office manager she helps with the phones and scheduling for clients, keeping our socials and newsletter full of fun, interesting and informative facts for our Dumpster and Potty clients as well as the billing. She has started her career with Pleasant View Waste and Pleasant View Potties in 2023. After a long career in home improvement, she became a Realtor in 2017. Krystal realized she had a passion for helping people with their big goals, dreams and events in life which brought her to Pleasant View.
In her own words: ” I had known Dustin through some mutual friends over the years and began using Pleasant View Waste for my own personal needs and quickly found the confidence in them to refer them out to all of my clients, family and friends as their business philosophy and customer care matched my own. Over the years I got to learn more about the goals for Pleasant View (such as the addition of the potty division) and realized I wanted to be part of the hyper growth that they are experiencing. The direction of this company and the way we are able to service the communities in which we live was appealing and I’m pleased to be part of this trajectory. Whether it’s helping someone with a potty for their wedding, a dumpster to clear out the home of a lost loved one, or sponsorships for local sports teams- Pleasant View Waste and Pleasant View Potties are poised to help people with all that life throws at them”
Hailing from Holden MA, Krystal has lived with her family in Central MA since 2006. She will tell you her greatest joy in life is being a mother to her two beautiful girls, Lexi and Emily as well as being a loving Auntie to Austin, Jenna, Zachary, Jordyn, Juliet, Marlie and now a Great Aunt to Ayden who was born in July of 2023!
When she’s not at work, Krystal loves riding ATV’s, Fishing, Embroidery, Reading and Gardening and ALL THINGS REAL ESTATE. If you are wondering if she wants to see a picture of your dog… the answer is ALWAYS YES!
Shawn Showers
Potty Tech
Shawn Showers has been with the team since 2022. He is the GO TO guy to ask about restaurants, road trips, music and all things Leominster. Shawn also has a fantastic eye for photography and has likely taken most of the photos you’ve seen on our social media.
Jerry Coffey
Dumpster Driver
Jerry started his career with Pleasant View in 2023. He’s been a driver of trucks of ALL size for years, mostly in Boston. He decided for a change of pace and decided to join the Pleasant View Crew. When he’s not at work you can find him on his motorcycle or with the love of his life, Jolie. Jerry is the proudest Papa in the world and has 3 awesome grand sons and one beautiful grandaughter.
Joseph Valentin
Dumpster Driver
Joe has been with the team since Summer of 2023. He holds a CDL license and drives Truck #16 for the Pleasant View Team. Joe is the proudest daddy to his little girl, Adrianna (who is an amazing athlete). When he’s not at work, he’s probably watching sports (GO CELTICS) or adventuring with his daughter.
Nathan Fairbrother
Potty Tech/ Dumpster Driver
Nate has been with the team since Summer of 2023. He switches between potty delivery and pick ups and dumpster driving (sometimes daily). When he’s not at work, you can find him with his little girl, Juliet, who is the greatest joy of his life. He likes riding ATV’s, fishing, photography and adventuring with his daughter.
