We keep it completely transparent. We charge the same starting base cost regardless of whether you choose a 10, 15, 20, or 25-yard dumpster. Your final variable price is determined fairly by the actual weight of the waste loaded into the container.
Will a dumpster damage my driveway?
Not at all. Our professional drivers take extreme care of your property and carefully place protective wooden boards under the dumpster during drop-off to prevent any scraping or surface damage.
Are there items I cannot put in the dumpster?
Yes, certain hazardous materials and heavy items cannot be mixed with standard waste. We provide a clear list of accepted materials upfront, and note specific extra cost items so there are never any surprises on your bill.

Our luxury trailers require access to a standard water source and dedicated power connections to run the climate control and running water features. Please contact our office to verify your venue setup before booking.
Can portable toilets be rented during the cold winter months?
Yes. From November 1st through March 31st, we add a specialized salt brine solution to our portable toilets. This keeps the water from freezing so the units stay fully operational during the winter.
How often should I have my home septic tank pumped?
For most residential homes, we recommend professional septic pumping every 2 to 3 years. Regular maintenance prevents expensive system backups and safeguards your property.
What should I do if my septic system has an unexpected backup?
Stop running water immediately and call us. We offer 24/7 emergency service to handle urgent septic situations right away.
Can yard waste or concrete go in a trash dumpster?
Yes, as long as it doesn’t take up more than 10% of the volume of the dumpster.
